Meet family caregiver and author Cynthia Lim who cared for her husband for fifteen years after he suffered a heart attack and brain injury. In this episode, we talk about how Cynthia found the people and resources she needed to help her navigate her caregiving years. She also shares how she began to maintain her self-identity and integrate self-care without feelings of guilt. Now a widow for two years, Cynthia gives us a glimpse of her life after caregiving ended.
