Steps to Create your list of 20 for 2020

  1. Download the worksheet by clicking here or the button below. Click here to receive the worksheet
  2. Write down 20 things that you want to do, try, have, achieve, be, or go to at some point in 2020.
  3. Post it where you can see it. Some options may be: your desk, fridge, or bathroom mirror. You could also add  it as your computer desktop’s wallpaper.
  4. Optional: Share it socially for even more accountability and use the hashtag #20for2020 and tag Happy Healthy Caregiver.
