Steps to Create your list of 20 for 2020
- Download the worksheet by clicking here or the button below. Click here to receive the worksheet
- Write down 20 things that you want to do, try, have, achieve, be, or go to at some point in 2020.
- Post it where you can see it. Some options may be: your desk, fridge, or bathroom mirror. You could also add it as your computer desktop’s wallpaper.
- Optional: Share it socially for even more accountability and use the hashtag #20for2020 and tag Happy Healthy Caregiver.
