Happy New Year!
I want to introduce you to a fun activity. It’s called ’19 for 2019′ and it’s essentially where you capture 19 intentions for the year.
I heard about this idea last year on the Happier podcast and I’m adopting and encouraging this practice with my family and Happy Healthy Caregiver community for 2019. I even created a worksheet for you to use!
This is an easy and fun exercise.
Steps to Create your list of 19 for 2019
- Download the worksheet by clicking here or the button below.
- Write down 19 things that you want to do, try, have, achieve, be, or go to at some point in 2019.
- Post it where you can see it. Some options may be: your desk, fridge, or bathroom mirror. You could also add it as your computer desktop’s wallpaper.
- Optional: Share it socially for even more accountability and use the hashtag #19for2019 and tag Happy Healthy Caregiver.
Here’s my completed 19 for 2019 list. I show you mine to gain your support and give you ideas! Some of mine came from the ‘50 before 50′ bucket list I created a few years back. I shared in my 2018 reflections some of the progress I made but I have many to still check off.
